Classic Italian soup featuring pasta and beans in a rich broth with, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and spices.
Ingredients
WATER, GREAT NORTHERN BEANS (beans, water, salt, calcium chloride), TOMATOES (tomatoes, tomato puree, sea salt, citric acid), ONIONS, ENRICHED PASTA (semolina [wheat], egg whites, niacin, iron [ferrous sulfate], thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), CARROTS, CANOLA OIL, PARMESAN CHEESE (pasteurized cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt, and enzymes), SPICES, GARLIC, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SEA SALT, BALSAMIC VINEGAR (must of grapes, aged wine vinegar), ONION POWDER, DEXTROSE, MALTODEXTRIN, YEAST EXTRACT (yeast extract, salt), CARROT POWDER (carrot, rice hull).

Cooking Instructions
Heat soup until it reaches a uniform 165°F. Hold product at 145°F or above.

Keep frozen.
Thaw under refrigeration.

Shelf Life
18 months from manufacture date, frozen. Once thawed, product may be kept refrigerated for up to 21 days.
