This hearty broccoli soup is made using tender broccoli, aged yellow cheddar cheese and a few spices. Makes the perfect comfort food.

WATER, HALF & HALF (milk, cream), BROCCOLI, CHEDDAR CHEESE (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, and annatto), ONIONS, CORN STARCH, CARROTS, ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVORING, CAYENNE PEPPER SAUCE (aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), ONION POWDER, MALTODEXTRIN, DEXTROSE, SPICES, CARROT POWDER (carrot, rice hull), YEAST EXTRACT (yeast extract, salt), TRISODIUM CITRATE, GRANULATED GARLIC, NISIN.

Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Remove plastic seal, heat between 3-5 minutes, or until hot, stirring once during heating. Stove top: Empty soup into sauce pan, heat gently to 165°F.
