Ingredients
WATER, TOMATOES (tomatoes, tomato juice, less than 2% of salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), CARROTS, RED POTATOES, ONIONS, NAPA CABBAGE, MUSHROOMS, ZUCCHINI, PEAS, LEEKS, BROCCOLI, CELERY, CORN STARCH, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SPICES, SEA SALT, GRANULATED SUGAR, ONION POWDER, MALTODEXTRIN, DEXTROSE, YEAST EXTRACT (yeast extract, salt), LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, CARROT POWDER (carrot, rice hull), DEHYDRATED GARLIC, CARAMEL COLOR.

Cooking Instructions
Heat soup until it reaches a uniform 165°F. Hold product at 145°F or above.
Handling
Keep frozen.
Thaw under refrigeration.

Shelf Life
18 months from manufacture date, frozen. Once thawed, product may be kept refrigerated for up to 21 days.
