The same great recipe as our best-selling Lobster Bisque, but offered as a concentrated base, containing everything but the cream. It reconstitutes in a one-to-one ratio with cream or milk.
Ingredients
LOBSTER STOCK (water, cooked lobster meat, salt, cane sugar, tomatoes, butter [pasteurized cream {milk}, salt], dried whey {milk}, tomato powder, natural flavoring, citric acid), LOBSTER (lobster meat, salt), ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), CANOLA OIL, ONIONS, CELERY, SHERRY (wine, salt), TOMATO PASTE, SPICES, GRANULATED GARLIC, SEA SALT.
Contains:
MILK, SHELLFISH (Lobster), and WHEAT. Contains wine which has naturally occurring sulfites.
Cooking Instructions
Mix each 4 lb bag with 1/2 gallon of half & half, light cream or milk. Heat to 185°F. Hold product at 145°F or above.
Handling
Keep frozen.
Thaw under refrigeration.

Shelf Life
18 months from manufacture date, frozen. Once thawed use within 21 days.
